We hired Ryan to do a gut kitchen reno in our 175-year-old house, and he and his crew did a great job addressing some of quirky things in an old home. Ryan was communicative and creative with his problem solving, especially since we wanted to be very cost-conscious. He guided us through the process and decisions, being thoughtful about achieving our vision. Ultimately, the project came in exactly on-budget. We love the finished product.


Based on the success of the kitchen, we had Halyard to install a new deck and replace a set of windows with a new exterior door. Again, Ryan came through with creative solutions, was responsive to our needs, and landed right on budget.


We’d definitely hire Ryan and his crew again for future construction projects.

Ryan and his team completely transformed our kitchen and half bath and brought our house from the 1950s into the 21st century. He also added a gorgeous deck to the back of the house. Ryan and his team renovated my 1957 kitchen and a half bath. He transformed my closed kitchen to a big open dream kitchen space.


Ryan is reliable and highly organized. He pays a lot of attention to detail and always remembers to make sure he address my small requests or concerns.

All of the work from the flooring, plumbing, tiling, electrical work and painting were done professionally.


Lastly, Ryan’s price is reasonable and his work is exceptional. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate all the work Ryan and his team put in to this project. Especially making it so stress free for me.

Had a first floor renovation done by Halyard Services.  A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done.


The entire project took 3.5 months.  It ran like a well oiled machine!  Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times.  His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project.  His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner.  All plans were well communicated at all times.  Ryan and his team were very approachable and easy to communicate with regarding any questions or changes to the project.


After living in the newly renovated space, we are beyond pleased with how things came together!  The attention to detail, the quality of the work and the beautiful finishes have made our new space beautifully functional.  We would highly recommend Ryan and his team!
